Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why, how long it is kept and the rights you have under UK GDPR.
This policy explains how TropicSlotsUK.com ("we", "this site") handles personal data. It applies to this website only, not to the casino operator or any other site you reach through a link here.
Who is responsible
TropicSlotsUK.com is the data controller for the data described below. Enquiries: [email protected].
What we collect
| Data | Why | Legal basis | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Technical data (IP address, browser, device type, referring page) | Serving the site, security, abuse prevention | Legitimate interests | Up to 12 months in server logs |

| Cookie preference | Remembering your choice | Legitimate interests | Up to 12 months |
| Email correspondence | Answering your enquiry | Legitimate interests | Up to 24 months |
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal data. Please do not send identity documents, payment details or account credentials to any address on this site.
What we do not do
- we do not sell personal data;
- we do not run user accounts or store passwords;
- we do not process payments;
- we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Third parties
The following may process limited data on our behalf or on their own account:
- Hosting provider - server logs required to deliver the site;
- Analytics provider - aggregated usage statistics, loaded only with your consent;
- Affiliate tracking - when you follow a link to the operator, the operator and its tracking partner may set their own identifiers. Their privacy policies then apply, not ours;
- Google Fonts - web fonts are requested from Google's servers, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time - clearing cookies for this site withdraws analytics consent. Write to [email protected]; we respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because we hold no accounts and no payment data, the volume of personal data at risk is deliberately kept minimal.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
